Netteller requires an application

Contact the bank for application and to be setup. You will then be given login info.

 Download the application from our website www.manhattanbank.bank

  • Click on Applications
  • Download the PDF
  • Complete and turn into a Manhattan Bank location near you to complete the process.
Step 1: Login
 
  • Enter your Netteller ID (7194xxxxxxx)
  • Enter your Password on the next screen. Default is last 4 of your SSN or TIN.
Step 2: Setup a Password
  • 3 boxes will appear; enter your default password (last 4 SSN) in the top box.
  • Create a new password and enter in box 2 and repeat in box 3.
Password requirements: 1 number, 1 letter, one Capital letter, may contain symbols, 6-15 characters, cannot match your ID,
cannot repeat prior passwords.

Step 3: Setup a Watermark (image)
  • Choose an image to display at login. This helps you to know you are on a valid site.
Step 4: Setup Security Questions
  • When prompted, select and answer 3 security questions. (Answers are case sensitive)
  • These do not always appear at the very first login, but will appear at a future login.

Helpful Tips:

Setup an Alias ID.
  • Once logged in, click on Options
  • Under Modify Login Information section
  • Enter ‘Alias ID’ in the Netteller ID field
  • Must have at least 1 letter, numbers allowed, symbols allowed, 4-15 characters
  • Click SUBMIT to save changes
Now you may use this ‘Alias’ ID to login
 
Create a Self Reset Option
  • Once logged in, click on Options
  • Enter an email address
  • Enter a Password Reset Question
  • Enter a Password Reset Answer
  • Click on SUBMIT to save changes
You can now self reset when locked out by clicking on the Reset Password link. An email will be sent with a link to reset back to the default password.

Click Exit to leave the session
It is important you exit the system when you are finished viewing your accounts.
To sign-off, click the “Exit” tab found in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
 
Downloads
Options include .ofx, .iif, .qif, .csv, .txt
Sorry, we do not have an auto download with QuickBooks/Quicken.
 

Important Notes:

  • Your ID never changes. The 7194# is always valid.
  • Be sure to login at least once every 90 days to prevent from becoming inactive or dormant.
  • You must call the Bank to be reactivated after 90 days.
  • Your account will auto delete from the system after 1 year of no activity.
  • Your password will expire every 90 days. The system will prompt you when to change it.
  • After 3 consecutive incorrect login attempts, your account will be locked.
  • You will need to call the Bank to unlock your account.
  • If you forget your security questions and are having trouble accessing the system—call Manhattan Bank for assistance.
  • If your Netteller session remains inactive for ten (10) minutes, your session will be terminated. You will be required to log back in.
  • Statements begin to accrue history after you are enrolled. Statements are available for 12 months.
  • Transaction history begins to accrue after you are enrolled. History is available for 90 days.

Debit Card Options:

 
  • Activate a new card, reorder a card (same #), or cancel a card (lost/stolen)
  • Click on Options from the menu bar
  • Click on ATM/Debit Card
  • Displays a list of cards attached to the Netteller owner
  • Activate a card—if new and needs activated
  • Reorder a card—need a new card? If outside of your reorder window, there may be a $7 replacement charge.
  • Lost/Stolen—if you need to block your card and request a new number to be ordered, check this box. You are not able to un-do this action. You will need to call or come in to have a new card printed or ordered.
  • SUBMIT to save changes
