Dear Valued Customer:

In order to protect the safety and health of our employees, customers and the communities we serve, and to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus, Manhattan Bank has temporarily closed our branch lobbies effective March 19, 2020.
 
While our lobbies are closed, we will continue to serve you through our drive-thru facilities and other means of banking to ensure that you have access to all of the banking products and services offered by Manhattan Bank.
 
Other methods of accessing your account include:
 
  • Manhattan Bank Online Banking - This product offers safe and convenient access to your Manhattan Bank accounts at a time that is convenient for you: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This product is free to our customers. Current Bank customers can auto enroll for Netteller by clicking on the Enroll Now link under the Netteller login on the Bank's home page. You will need to enter all your information as found on your most recent bank statement to pass validation requirements. An email with a link and instructions will then be sent to your email on file at the bank
  • Mobile Banking - Monitor, manage and transfer your money, anywhere, anytime from the palm of your hand. Download our Free app from your mobile app store. To access Mobile Banking products you must first be signed up with Netteller, our online banking product. If not a Netteller customer, sign up today.
  •  ATM facilities - Fee free banking at any of our 6 ATM's in the valley.  ATM locations.
  • 24 hour Phone Banking (284-6386 or 888-615-2265)
  • Night Drops - Available 24/7 at all of our locations. After hour entries will post the following business day. 

If you would prefer to speak directly to a Customer Service Representative or Loan Officer, please call your local Manhattan Bank branch office and we will assist you by phone. While handling your banking needs in person, Manhattan Bank employees will be following the recommended social distancing practices.
 
As you all know we are all going through a very interesting and challenging time in our personal and professional lives. Manhattan Bank is taking necessary precautions to protect our employees and our valued customers and community members. Many of the recommended precautions have changed the way that we have been doing business for many years at Manhattan Bank, but we assure you that the Manhattan Bank staff is available and prepared to help you access the products and services you have come to rely on.
