Want to change your card PIN? Call 800-290-7893 for assistance. For security reasons, you must call from a phone number associated with your account. You may also stop by any bank location to establish a new PIN.

Alerts and Protection
- Real-time alerts keep you informed when your cards are used or blocked
- Protection options allow you to setup specific requirements in which your card will be allowed or blocked
- Set spending limits for general use or specify thresholds by merchant types, such as gas, groceries or retail stores
- You are in control and can set limits you are comfortable with or none at all
Temporarily turn off card
You can also use our Online Banking or Mobile App to turn your card off/on.
This feature lets you take control of your debit card(s) and protects against unauthorized use. If you have misplaced your card, scroll to “Card Management” and turn it to the OFF position. If you find it, and feel your account has not been jeopardized, turn it back ON and continue to use your card. If you use your card infrequently, or are traveling with your card, turn it OFF. Turn it ON when you are ready to use it. You are in control!
When your cards are "off," no withdrawals or purchases will be approved.
If your card is lost or stolen and will not be used again you can permanently close the card.
If you need to order another card of the same number you may submit a request through Card Management in Online Banking. Fees may apply on card reorders.
If you need to order a new card because of fraud or closure, please contact the bank directly.
Activate a new card
If you need to activate a new card you may enable it in the Online Banking through Card Management.
If greyed out activation is not available on that card number.
